I just ordered my products, what's the next step?

You should receive a confirmation email right away upon ordering from our website. Once we receive your order, we process your order within 1-3 business days.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We typically get our orders out in a quick time frame, but please allow 5-14 business days to receive your order. Please refer to our Shipping Policy page for more information.

Why did I receive multiple tracking numbers?

Some of our products are shipped from different warehouses. In the event you order multiple things from different warehouses, you will receive multiple tracking numbers to track all of your items.

I received a shipping email, but I don't see any information under the tracking number. Why is that?

It usually takes 12-24 hours for new tracking information to update in the USPS or UPS system. Please check back in 12-24 hours and your tracking information should be updated. 

Where is your size chart?

You can find the size chart on the main menu of our site or on the product page under the product description. 

What is your return policy?
