Shipping & Returns
Returns Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Shipping
Once an order has been placed, it takes 2 to 3 business days to process the order. There will be an email sent to the customer with a tracking number as soon as the order is shipped. Customers may receive multiple tracking numbers if products are shipped from different warehouses. Please allow 7 to 10 business days to receive your package, although customers typically receive packages sooner.
